Leadership theories are very common in organisation theory - and can almost subsume much of organisation theory itself. Three very different kinds of sources are offered:
  • a lecture on leadership models
  • an academic paper on leadership models [35 pages long - but headings are useful]
  • a website on leadership - looks popular but is quite sound.
